Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between NumVerse ("Company") and users regarding the SymPlex Calculator service ("Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to the SymPlex Calculator web application provided by the Company.
2. "User" refers to any individual who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
3. "Content" refers to all information that a user inputs or generates while using the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

1. These Terms apply to every user of the Service.
2. The Company may amend these Terms when necessary. Any amendments become effective upon being posted on the website.
3. If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue use of the Service.

Article 4 (Provision of the Service)

1. The Company provides the following features:
   • Complex number calculation tools
   • Trigonometric, exponential, and logarithmic calculations
   • Multi-language user manuals
   • Display and storage of calculation results
2. The Service is in principle available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
3. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, system checks, or other necessary reasons.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

1. Users must not engage in the following actions:
   • Interfering with the stable operation of the Service
   • Disrupting other users’ ability to use the Service
   • Using the Service for unlawful or inappropriate purposes
   • Reproducing or distributing the Service’s source code without authorization
2. Users must comply with these Terms as well as all applicable laws and regulations.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

1. All intellectual property rights to the Service belong to the Company.
2. Users shall not use information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes or provide it to third parties without prior consent from the Company.

Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Company protects user information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court having authority over the Company’s principal office.

Article 10 (Miscellaneous)

1. Matters not stipulated in these Terms or the interpretation thereof shall follow relevant laws or customary practices.
2. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
